Black Hawk County Sheriff's Office authorities are investigating a collision that injured a woman at US Hwy 63 in Black Hawk County, IA on November 5th, 2021. Police say the incident occurred just before 8 a.m. An SUV occupied by 26-year-old Karalynn Brunkorst is said to have collided with a semi-truck at an intersection. Authorities were not able to say how the crash occurred but did say that Brunkhorst was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
