Haskell County Police are investigating a crash that injured a man at US Hwy 56 in Haskell County, KS on April 27th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 6:53 a.m. According to investigators, a Mack semi-truck operated by 73-year-old Victoriano Garcia was waiting to make a left turn onto County Rd II. The vehicle was then struck in the rear by a GMC Suburban operated by 79-year-old Eddie Eugene Massey. Massey suffered serious injuries in the collision. Police say Garcia was not injured.
