Kansas Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that injured two people at I-70 in Ellis County, KS on October 17th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 1:18 p.m. A disabled tractor-trailer sitting on the north shoulder of westbound I-70 was struck by a second tractor-trailer operated by 59-year-old Terry J Fox. A passenger in the truck, 62-year-old Robert Lee Fox was hospitalized with serious injuries. Terry Fox was hospitalized with minor injuries. The other driver was not injured.
