Kentucky State Police are investigating a crash that killed a driver at I-65 in Bowling Green, KY on July 9th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 11 a.m. According to investigators, a pickup truck is said to have collided with the rear of a fire truck parked in a lane of travel with active emergency lighting. The driver of the pickup truck, identified as 62-year-old Alan Pound, suffered fatal injuries in the crash. A passenger in the vehicle, identified as 61-year-old Robin McEnturff, was also killed.
