State Police identified the person killed in a crash at I-165 in Warren County, KY on July 26th, 2021. Officials say the incident happened around 3 p.m. A Ford F-350 operated by 53-year-old Anthony Rutledge reportedly lost control after suffering tire failure and veered across a median. It then entered into southbound lanes where it collided with a Kenworth tractor-trailer operated by 52-year-old David McClain. McClain suffered fatal injuries in the collision.
