What Happened

Kentucky State Police are investigating a crash that killed a driver at Cumberland Pkwy in Pulaski County, KY on July 26th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2 p.m. According to investigators, a passenger vehicle operated by 41-year-old Michael Fillmore was headed westbound when the vehicle lost control and crossed a center line. It then collided with several other vehicles, including a semi-truck. The crash left Fillmore with fatal injuries. 19-year-old Roy Nicholas, 40-year-old Nancy Galloway and 40-year-old William Galloway, were treated for minor injuries.
