What Happened

Allen County Sheriff's Office authorities are investigating a crash that killed two people at New Glasgow Rd in Allen County, KY on July 10th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 1:56 p.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer was stopped in a southbound lane at a work zone at the time. Police say a Ford Escape collided with the rear of a Chevrolet Equinox behind the tractor-trailer, pushed it into the the truck. The crash killed Morris Gumm, an occupant of the Equinox. Linda Gumm and Sharon Regalado were hospitalized with injuries Linda Gumm later died from. Additional information has not been made available.
