Louisiana State Police are investigating a crash that killed two people at US Hwy 90 near Patterson, LA on July 25th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 10 p.m. According to investigators, an 18-wheeler headed eastbound on US Hwy 90 is alleged to have attempted a u-turn from a center lane before colliding with a westbound Kia Sorento. Authorities say 77-year-old Anthony Peck and 58-year-old Betty Hester, occupants of the Kia, were fatally injured. Authorities say two child passengers in the vehicle were hospitalized with serious injuries. Additional information was no immediately available.
