What Happened

Louisiana Police are investigating a collision that killed one person involved at Greenwell Springs Rd in Baton Rouge, LA on April 14th, 2025. Police say the incident involved a Chevrolet Cobalt traveling northbound stopping to turn left. While stopped, reprots say an approaching tractor-trailer collided with the stopped vehicle, pushing it into a southbound lane where it was struck by a second tractor-trailer. Officials say 42-year-old Chevrolet operator, was hospitalized with injuries she later died from. Both other drivers had undisclosed injuries. Authorities did not have additional information available.
