What Happened

State Police identified the person killed in a crash at US Route 13 in Wicomico County, MD on August 16th, 2022. They say the incident happened around 3:41 a.m. Investigators say 29-year-old Colin Henny Lin was crossing the northbound lanes of US 13 from a center median using an Apollo scooter before he was struck by a commercial truck. The truck involved is said to have left the scene after the collision and police were not able to say if the driver was aware of the collision. Lin was pronounced dead at the scene.
