State Police are investigating a crash that killed a driver at I-270 at Germantown Rd in Germantown, MD on November 19th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 2 a.m. A Ford Fusion that was reportedly stopped on the main lanes of I-270 for unknown reasons was struck in the rear by an approaching tractor-trailer.
