State Police are investigating a crash that killed a bicyclist at S Frederick Ave and S Westland Dr in Gaithersburg, MD on January 14th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 8:30 a.m. A Potomac Disposal Mack truck making a right turn on S Frederick Ave is said to have collided with a bicyclist at a crosswalk. The unidentified 61-year-old cyclist was hospitalized with injuries she later died from. Police had no additional details to share.
