State Police are investigating a crash that killed one person at I-495 in Westford, MA on February 15th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 6 p.m. According to investigators, a Volkswagen EOS was headed northbound before colliding with a tractor-tailer. The impact caused the tractor-trailer to leave to roadway before striking a Toyota Tacoma upon returning to the roadway. The Toyota overturned in the impact before it became trapped under the tractor-trailer. Reports say the 26-year-old man operating the Toyota suffered fatal injuries at the scene while there were no other reported injuries. Additional information was not available.
