State Police are investigating a crash that killed a pedestrian at Route 3 in Chelmsford, MA on January 20th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:15 p.m. An unidentified 77-year-old male was standing near his disabled vehicle which was partially in a travel lane when he was struck by a tractor-trailer.
