What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed two people involved at Route North and I-95 in Lexington, MA on October 14th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 1:20 a.m. According to investigators, a northbound Toyota RAV4 was involved in a head-on collision with a Toyota Prius. It has been alleged the Prius was traveling southbound in northbound lanes prior to the collision, which caused the RAV4 to veer from the road and overturn, catching fire. Both drivers, neither who have been publicly identified, died in the crash. Additional information was not available.
