What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed two people at US 131 and Youngs Prairie Rd in Constantine Twp, MI on July 21st, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 10:15 a.m. Police say a northbound pickup crossed a center line before colliding with a southbound semi-truck head-on. The driver and passenger of the pickup truck, identified as 58-year-old Albert Richard Fields Jr and 15-year-old Albert Richard Fields III, suffered fatal injuries. The driver of the semi-truck was hospitalized with undisclosed injuries. Authorities had no additional information to share.
