What Happened

State Police are investigating a crash that killed a driver at I-94 in Albion, MI on April 28th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 4:30 p.m. All that police were able to determine was that the crash involved a semi-truck striking a car before colliding with the rear of a second semi-truck. The passenger car and one of the trucks caught fire in the crash and the driver of the car died at the scene. One of the truck drivers was also hospitalized with undisclosed injuries.
