Minnesota State Police have information on a crash that injured two Texas women at I-35 in Freeborn County, MN on October 28th, 2023. Police say a vehicle occupied by 53-year-old Delia Cuevas and 51-year-old Altagracia Cisneros lost control while traveling on icy roads.
