What Happened

Minnesota State Patrol officials are investigating a crash that injured two people at Hwy 11 in Woods County, MN on May 15th, 2023. Police say the incident involved a Mercury Grand Marquis and semi-truck. Investigators believe the the Mercury collided with the semi-truck as it began making a right turn. The occupants of the Mercury, including 89-year-old driver, Clarence John Sindelir and 89-year-old passenger, Mavis Adell Brandli, were both hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. The semi-truck operator was not injured, according to police. Additional information was not available.
