Anoka County Sheriff's Office authorities are investigating a collision that killed a man at Armstrong Blvd and Bunker Lake Blvd in Ramsey, MN on September 8th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 8:30 p.m. A semi-truck used for road work was reversing to attach a piece of construction equipment when it struck a man who was then caught in the rear wheels.
