State Police are investigating a crash that killed a woman at Roosevelt Rd in St Cloud, MN on February 13th, 2023. Police say it happened around 6 p.m. Investigators believe an unnamed 43-year-old woman was walking in a parking lot when she was struck by a semi-truck. The truck was reversing into a parking space at the time and officers say the driver alleged being unaware of having struck the woman prior to being informed. The woman died at the scene.
