Missouri Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed two people at I-44 in Laclede County, MO on June 8th 2024. Police say the incident happened around 6:45 p.m. According to investigators, a semi-truck headed eastbound on I-44 allegedly crossed into a westbound lane before colliding with a minivan. Reports indicate the driver of the van, identified 75-year-old Allan Borgen, was fatally injured at the scene. A passenger, 54-year-old Isabelle Busse, was also fatally injured.
