Missouri State Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that injured at least two people at Route 240 in Orearville, MO on June 17th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 12:40 p.m. Investigators say a semi-truck was allegedly attempting to travel around a vehicle operated by 18-year-old Autumn Gier, traveling into an opposing lane. Reports say the trick collided with the rear of the vehicle before it was struck by an approaching pickup truck operated by 21-year-old Miranda Cooper. Authorities say Gier and Cooper were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. The truck operator, identified as 37-year0old Trent Templeton, was allegedly uninjured.
