Missouri State Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a driver at Route V in Lawrence County, MO on July 24th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 1 p.m. Investigators believe a utility truck operated by 38-year-old Charles Toler was westbound before leaving the roadway for unclear reasons. It was suggested by officials the vehicle may have been attempting to allow roadway space for a large commercial vehicle at the time.
