What Happened

Missouri State Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash at US 24 in Hannibal, MO on August 11th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 8:45 a.m. A tractor-trailer operated by 60-year-old Michael A Wibberg was headed northbound when it began making a left turn. It was then struck by a Chevrolet Impala operated by 89-year-old Patsy Miller. Miller was hospitalized with moderate injuries. Police say both were wearing seat belts and had no further information to share.
