What Happened

Montana Highway Patrol officials have details on a collision that killed a man at Dyer Rd and State Hwy 35 in Creston, MT on November 15th, 2021. They say the incident happened as 45-year-old Brandon Eric Roberts was attempting to secure a load on a trailer attached to his pickup truck. The truck was pulled over to the side of the road as a Caterpillar semi-truck hauling gravel was reversing down Dyer. The semi-truck is said to have made contact with the pickup truck and the impact somehow came into contact with Roberts, who died at the scene as a result. The other driver was not injured and police had no additional information to share.
