What Happened

State Police are investigating a two-vehicle crash that killed a man at Hwy 135 and Old Mill Loop in Mineral County, MT on April 11th, 2022. They say the incident happened around 6 a.m. A southbound Ford F-350 operated by an unidentified 74-year-old Hot Springs man reportedly collided with the rear of a logging truck as it was entered the highway. The man was taken to an area hospital for treatment of injuries he later died from. Believe believe speed may have played a factor in the collision and do not suspect drug or alcohol use.
