What Happened

Montana Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at MT Hwy 200 in Lewis & Clark County, MT on February 14th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 3:45 a.m. Initial investigation suggests a commercial truck drifted from the road into a guardrail before attempting to correct back onto the road. The truck reportedly over corrected and slid down an embankment before overturning and crashing into a tree. An unidentified passenger suffered fatal injuries at the scene.
