What Happened

State Police are investigating a crash that killed three people at Hwy 35 in Dakota County, NE on April 3rd, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 4:30 a.m. Investigators say an Acura headed westbound struck a Buick headed eastbound before colliding head-on with a tractor-trailer. The occupants of the Acura were killed int he collision. No injuries were reported from the other vehicles, police say. Additional information was not immediately available.
