Nevada State Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a person and injured another at US Hwy 93 in Wells, NV on September 27th, 2021. Police say the incident happened when four cars were stopped by a flagger in a construction zone. As they were stopped, a rental box truck collided with the vehicles. One person died and a second was seriously injured. The box truck driver was suspected of being impaired and authorities also mentioned driver inattention as a factor.
