Area authorities are investigating a crash at I-15 near Jean, NV on August 30th, 2021. Police say the incident happened just before 7 a.m. A Honda passenger car collided with the rear of an 18-wheeler for unknown reasons before veering from the road into a dirt shoulder. The driver of the Honda died at the scene while her passenger was hospitalized with injuries she later died from. The driver of the 18-wheeler was not injured.
