State Police are investigating a collision that killed two children at I-89 in Concord, NH on September 10th, 2021. Police say it happened around 8:30 a.m. and involved multiple vehicles. A Ford Expedition operated by Officer Tom Ouellette drifted for unknown reasons, veering into a right hand breakdown lane. it struck a disabled tractor-trailer in the lane and became trapped under the truck. Two children in the Ford, a 1st grader and 11th grader, were killed. Officer Ouellette suffered serious injuries. Additional information was not immediately available.
