What Happened

Area authorities have revealed the name of the person killed in a collision at Spring Hill Rd and Route 34 in Old Bridge, NJ on January 5th, 2022. They say the incident happened around 5:35 a.m. A Honda Accord operated by 59-year-old Anastasia A. Arthur was reportedly exiting the parking lot of a Future Pharmacy when it was struck by a garbage truck. Investigators say the roads were icy at the time of the crash but were not able to say whether that played a factor in the collision. Arthur was pronounced dead at the scene. Police are continuing to investigate the crash.
