State Police are investigating a crash that injured four people at I-80 in Montville, NJ on June 10th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 1:59 p.m. Investigators allege a westbound Toyota Avalon traveled across a center divider before colliding with the rear of an eastbound box truck. Directly after, the Toyota was struck by a minivan. Police say both the minivan and box truck operators had non-life-threatening injuries. The driver and passenger of the Toyota were thrown from the vehicle in the crash and suffered injuries believed to be serious in nature. Additional details were not available.
