What Happened

State Police have information on a multi-vehicle crash that injured several people at Manchester Blvd and Wranglebrook Rd in Manchester Twp, NJ on May 4th, 2022. Policy say happened around 8 a.m. According to their investigation, a dump truck operated by 24-year-0old Eric Bair was headed northbound on Manchester Blvd when it alleged ran a red light at the intersection. It collided with a Ford Escape operated by 55-year-old Jeffery Allen which forced the Escape into the northbound lanes and the dump truck into the southbound lanes. The truck struck a Ford bis operated by 62-year-old Betty Brushaber and a Mercedes Benz A22 operated by 64-year-old Angel Plunkett, both stopped for a traffic light. The dump truck then crashed head-on into another vehicle before veering from the road. Allen, Bair and Brushaber were all brought to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
