Authorities are investigating a collision that killed one person at I-80 in Hardwick Twp, NJ on April 8th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 8:21 a.m. According to investigators, a Honda sedan was sat disabled in a right shoulder as an eastbound tractor-trailer approached on I-80. Reports claim the truck collided with an individual standing near the disabled vehicle, identified as 27-year-old Valdaishi Simpkins. Simpkins was fatally injured in the collision.
