State Police are investigating a collision that killed a driver at Orla Rd and Pipeline Rd in Lea County, NM on September 15th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 9:47 p.m. A Chevrolet Malibu operated by 50-year-old Donald Ray Haas collided with the rear of a commercial truck that was slowing to make a turn.
