Area authorities are investigating a collision that killed a person at I-390 in Livingston County, NY on December 6th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 9 p.m. 20-year-old Ashis Biswa was reportedly working on disabled vehicle in the side shoulder when he was struck by a northbound tractor-trailer.
