What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed two people at I-390 in Wayland, NY on July 3rd, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 9:58 a.m. A pickup truck operated by 58-year-old Harold Novitsky reportedly collided with the rear of a tractor-trailer under unclear circumstances. Novitsky and his daughter, 19-year-old Miranda Novitsky, were both killed in the collision. The truck driver, Randolph Notice, was hospitalized with undisclosed injuries.
