Brooklyn Police are investigating a collision that killed a man at Withers St and Woodpoint Rd in Brooklyn, NY on March 3rd, 2025. Police say the incident happened around 4 a.m. According to investigators, a dump truck headed northbound is said to have performed a right turn before striking a man stopped in the street to pick up food. Officials say he was hit by the truck, which did not remain at the scene. The man, only identified as a man in his 20's, was hospitalized with injuries he later died from.
