State Police are searching for a vehicle and driver in connection with a collision at I-86 in Steuben County, NY on or around November 17th, 2023. Police believe it happened between 9:30 p.m. on November 17th and 5 a.m. on November 18th. Officials allege the victim, 40 year old John W. Viviano, was struck by a commercial truck that did not remain at the scene following the collision. Viviano suffered fatal injuries in the incident. Authorities had no additional information available.
