What Happened

State Police are investigating a crash that killed a man at Ebbitts St and Weed Ave in Staten Island, NY on December 5th, 2021. Police say the incident involved a Subaru sedan headed westbound colliding with an MTA bus headed eastbound. The driver of the Subaru, 40-year-old Mikhail Sukhitskiy, was hospitalized with injuries that he later died from. The driver of the bus was not injured. Investigators say the incident happened around 10:18 p.m.
