New York State Police are investigating a crash that injured at least one person at I-81 in Cortland County, NY on October 29th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 9:41 a.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer is alleged to have failed to control its speed before striking the rear of a Honda Accord.
