Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a person at Cross Bronx Expressway in The Bronx, NY on April 19th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 1:43 a.m. According to investigators, a BMW collided with the rear of a tractor-trailer under unclear circumstances.
