State Police are investigating a crash that killed a woman at Guy R Brewer Blvd and Rockaway Blvd in Queens, NY on October 29th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 2 p.m. According to investigators, a Tesla Model Y is alleged to have collided with the rear of a Ford Fusion while headed eastbound on Rockaway Blvd. The impact is said to have caused the Tesla to roll into the intersection with Guy R. Brewer Blvd, striking a utility service truck in a westbound lane. Police say the occupants of the Ford and utility truck were uninjured. A 54-year-old passenger in the Tesla was sane to an area hospital where she later died from her injuries. The 52-year-old driver was also hospitalized in alleged stable condition.
