State Police have information on a crash that killed a person at I-95 in Halifax County, NC on July 28th, 2022. Police say the incident happened when a Penske moving truck headed northbound lost control after the driver allegedly fell asleep at the wheel. While attempting to regain control, the truck is said to overcorrected before overturning. The driver, identified as Frank Stanch, suffered fatal injuries.
