Authorities are investigating a collision that killed a man at Pegg Rd in High Point, NC on December 13th, 2024. Officials are saying it happened around 5:25 a.m. According to investigators, a box truck is said to have struck 28-year-old Gerard Lyons as he walked through a parking lot. Reports allege the front windshield of the box truck was covered in frost, its operator, 27-year-old Andrew Rodgers, allegedly moving a personal vehicle to another area before calling authorities.
