What Happened

North Carolina Highway Patrol officials are investigating a two vehicle collision at Garner Rd in Raleigh, NC on April 10th, 2022. They say the incident involved a northbound Acura sedan colliding with a GoRaleigh bus making a left turn from Paterson St. A child in the vehicle was ejected from the vehicle and suffered undisclosed injuries. The man driving suffered fatal injuries. A passenger on the bus suffered minor injuries from broken glass. The driver of the bus was cited for failure to yield causing serious bodily injury.
