Authorities are investigating a crash that killed a teen at Caleb Rd in Catawba County, NC on March 5th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 3;50 p.m. According to investigators, a 15-year-old is said to have been using a skateboard on a driveway before proceeding into the roadway into the path of an approaching tractor-trailer. Reports say the teen was struck by the tractor-trailer, the teen suffering serious injuries he was hospitalized for and later died from.
