North Dakota Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a person and injured several others at US Hwy 2 near Grand Forks, ND on July 2nd, 2021. Police say the incident happened when a tractor-trailer failed to stop at a red light and collided with the rear of a Chevrolet Malibu operated by Eric Jayne.
